High mountain pass, Iceland.
This is my 500th photo posted to Tumblr so I’ve chosen one I took in Iceland in 2012.
Taken while travelling north just after a snow storm this was at the highest point in a mountain range, it was cold and foggy and the white clouds in the sky had blended with the snow on the mountains removing any horizon leaving just the road in front. It’s a minimal landscape but was such an exciting place to pass through.
The Dublin skyline.
I’m not one for sunsets but ahh, they’re ok once in a while I suppose.
Crossing a mountain stream.
In the next couple of days I will post my 500th photo to Tumblr and as well as panicking about what the photo should be I’m also hopeful that when I do post it that actual cash money will magically shoot out of my computer, that can happen right?

Waiting for the train to leave.
Everything is frozen.
This photo was from the first time I saw the northern lights, I was on top of a mountain in the arctic, it was minus 35 out and despite being careful with my equipment my lens and camera completely froze over, I thought I had killed my camera but it survived so this photo is what a camera almost freezing to death looks like.

Little rural cottage, Ireland
Probably the most photographed man in Istanbul.
Not only does he sell a delicious sweet drink called boza but look at his moustache!! That’s an amazing moustache.
Shit gets real in rural Ireland if you don’t close gates.
